Q: Is there a file size upload limit?
A: The max file size is 2 GB for audio and video converters. For image converters it’s 1 GB.
Q: What happens to the file I uploaded after my conversion finishes.
A: Your source file is deleted immediately after your conversion job finishes. You new file is deleted 1 hour after the job finishes.
Q: Does UploadConvert add any additional meta data to my new file?
A: No, we do not add any additional meta data or filename information to your new file. Other services do this in order to further advertise their service.
